REGISTRATION

We got an exceptional rate at the spectacular Monterey Plaza Hotel; therefore we are requiring that all participants stay at the group hotel. Please make your hotel reservations before registering for the symposium, by clicking here or by calling (831) 646-7100 (toll-free (800) 334-3999). Only the dates of Sunday, November 10 through Thursday, November 14 may be booked through the online link. Any guest wishing to stay either before or after the above dates must call the hotel to make a reservation. A hotel confirmation number is required for symposium registration.

NOTE: The Early Bird registration fee of $375 will end on June 30, 2013. Effective July 1, 2013, the registration fee will increase by $50 to $425.

Your registration fee includes:
  • the cost of the 3-day proceedings, including breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch each day:
  • all evening activities, including
    • ice breaker the evening prior to the conference,
    • dinner at the Monterey Bay Aquarium on the first evening (transportation included)
    • wine & cheese at the hotel on the second evening (no guests, please), and
    • barbeque at the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Animal Research and Care Center (ARCC) on the last evening (transportation included; no guests, please).

Accompanying persons can attend the ice breaker for $75 and the dinner at the Aquarium for $100. However, you must buy these tickets in advance. Please purchase tickets for any accompanying persons when you register. The tickets will be handed to you when you check in for the symposium.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing. If received by July 12, 2013, you will receive a full refund less $50 administration fee. After this date, no refunds will be processed.
