What if I don't receive an email confirmation?
Failure to receive an email confirmation may be due to your spam filter blocking the email. In that case, please check your junk mail folder and add email@example.com to your safe senders list. You also may have entered an incorrect or incomplete e-mail address. To resolve, please email our support staff at firstname.lastname@example.org with your confirmation number and we will confirm whether your order has been placed. We will re-send the confirmation email within 48 hours. To ensure delivery of your Walt Disney Family Museum e-mail, please add Membership@wdfmuseum.org to your Address Book or Safe Senders List.
What should I do if I receive an error message while checking out?
First, verify that all of your information has been entered correctly. Second, make sure that your billing address matches your credit card/bank information. If you still receive an error message, please email our support staff at email@example.com. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
Can I buy Museum tickets in advance?
Yes. Tickets are generally available 60-days in advance. You can purchase tickets on-line at the Museum web site: www.waltdisney.org.
Can I buy Museum tickets at the Museum?
Yes. Tickets are available at the ticket desk, located in the main lobby. Please call in advance for questions about availability.
When is the Museum open?
Wednesday through Monday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Closed Tuesdays and on January 1, Thanksgiving Day, and December 25.
Timed entry is not available during the last hour of the business day, the last Timed-Entry Ticket admission is at 4:45 p.m.
Ticket Terms and Conditions
All ticket sales are final. There are no ticket refunds or exchanges. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced. A ticket is valid only for the date and time shown on it; admission is not guaranteed if you arrive after that time. The Museum is not responsible for honoring any ticket obtained from a source other than the Museum itself. This is a revocable license. The Museum reserves the right to refuse admission, and to remove any person whose conduct management deems to be disorderly or to intrude upon the enjoyment of other guests. All guests may be subject to bag searches. By accepting admission with this ticket, you agree to release us from any responsibility for any loss, injury or damage you may incur as our guest.
